Exclude private apps

Add password managers or any app whose clipboard should never be recorded.

The app exclusion list lets you name specific apps whose copies should never enter history — password managers are the obvious case.

1 Open Settings → Privacy.
2 Add 1Password, Bitwarden, or any other app to the App Exclusion List.
3 From then on, SnipTray sees that something was copied but never records the contents.

Note

Exclusion is by source app, so anything you copy from an excluded app is ignored regardless of what it contains.
