Update billing, switch plans, or cancel — and what a refund looks like.

Your subscription is yours to change at any time. Switching, canceling, and billing details are all self-serve.

Manage or cancel from your account billing settings — a canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Switching between monthly and yearly Pro is prorated automatically.
For refund questions, contact support and we will help.

Note

If a subscription lapses, your snips are never deleted — history simply returns to the Free 25-snip limit on one Mac until you renew.
