Manage members and the audit log

Shared pinboards give admins the tools to keep membership current and see a record of activity.

Managing members

1. 1 Open the shared pinboard and click its member list.
2. 2 Invite new teammates by email or iCloud handle, or remove someone who no longer needs access.
3. 3 Adjust anyone's role between Viewer, Editor, and Admin.

The audit log

The audit log records changes to a shared board — who added, edited, or removed snips and members — so a team always has an accountable history of the board.
