Empty, loading, and error states

Three states people forget, written together so they agree.

The prompt

Write the three states people forget for {{screen}}, which normally shows
{{content}}.

For each — nothing yet, still loading, and failed — give the heading, one line of
body, and the action if there is one. They have to read as a set: same voice, same
length, no state that panics while another shrugs.

Then say which of the three will be seen most often, and whether it deserves more
design than the other two.

What to fill in

{{screen}}
The screen — e.g. the prompt grid in the overlay
{{content}}
What normally fills it — e.g. prompt cards from the catalog

What it produces

Nothing yet:  No prompts yet
              Copy something, or browse the library.
Loading:      Loading prompts…
              (no body — it's under a second)
Failed: Couldn't load the prompt library
              Your own prompts are still here. Try again.
              [ Try again ]

Seen most: "nothing yet", on first run. Worth the most design.
